Unless truly necessary, I work to minimise calls and meetings because FORMULIST™ is built for flow, not friction. This is largely due to lasting effects from my brain injury which means I have slower verbal processing (hello, written communication!).

Turnaround is entirely dependent on the size and complexity of your request. Of course, I’m happy to do a rush if needed, otherwise you’re looking at a standard wait time of 5 business days for smaller jobs through to 15 business days for mega ones.
